Just returned home from a third stay in these fabulous Apartments in Morfa Nefyn. The location is perfect. The beach is literally at the bottom of the road so no need to drive which is great as the beautiful Ty Coch pub is set on the beach. The coastal paths along to lifeboat bay are beautiful walks and the scenery is breathtaking!
The Apartments are spotlessly clean, bright and airy and have everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The new online guidebook is so helpful and makes arrival and departure day run like clockwork!
Perfect accommodation with everything you need for a break in a beautiful part of North Wales. Everything you need for a comfortable stay and within walking distance of some breathtaking scenery. Bracing walks in the winter and very pleasant in the summer. Clean

We are just back from our 3rd stay and already planning our return trips. The apartment cannot be beaten for location with the beach, pubs and shops all nearby. That said it is a peaceful spot and with a lovely balcony to enjoy the views. It is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The owners go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a great stay. I would recommend without hesitation.

The apartment is in an ideal location, close to the beach and mid way between many of Pen Llyn's many beautiful beaches and villages.

We stayed in the apartment in May, this was probably our sixth time. We’re already booking for next year. The apartment is a ‘home from home’ it’s spacious, central and other guests/owners are so friendly. The owners think of everything. As for the location, a walk to either beach, the Ty Coch Inn is a destination and the Cliffs (eat and drinks) is within ‘staggeringz’ distance 😀
This was the first time we have ever gone back to a holiday place for a third time and it was just as good, if not better than the first two. Apartment was clean and fresh and well appointed for a relaxing break. The apartment is spacious and very bright with 2 balconies to sit outside. We enjoyed catching the last of the sun on the front balcony watching the sun setting and watching Morfa Nefyn waking up on the rear balcony.
We found the digital guidebook informative and a great help. We didn't eat out this time but have eaten in a couple of the local pubs in the past, The Cliffs being our favourite.
There are many good walks from the apartment and also it isn't very far from Abersoch, Pwllheli and Porthmadog for when you want to venture further.

Such a fabulous apartment, very clean and comfortable and so close to the beach. Such a beautiful area with so many places to visit nearby either by foot or just a short drive away.
Number 11 Tywod Arian is a lovely apartment, having 2 nice balconies to sit out on and 'people watch'. It is very spacious and bright and well equipped.It is ideally located and Ade was an amazing host, being readily contactable throughout my week's stay during mid April.2023.
I will definitely be back soon.
Would recommend this apartment. Great value for money. We were pleasantly surprised with how large it was, great living space. The dogs enjoyed people watching! Fab location, right by the beach and easy access to the coast paths. We will plan to come again.
Another great stay at this fabulous place. The apartment is a perfect base for exploring the area and a real home from home. Lovely walks and so close to the beach which Chris and Sid enjoyed early each morning as the sun was coming up! Great dog friendly pub just down the road too. Thank you and we will be back again!
Yet another fantastic stay in Apt 11. This is a clean, well-equipped and spacious apartment in a beautiful part of North Wales - the perfect place to rest and refresh. There is much to recommend about a stay in Morfa Nefyn be it a round of golf, a dip in the sea, a coastal walk or a clamber up to one of the many local hill-forts. There is also no shortage of places for more relaxing pursuits with our current favourite being the Llanbedrog Beach Bar.
We would highly recommend both Morfa Nefyn and Apt 11, Tywod Arian.

We really enjoyed our stays both this summer (2022) and last summer (2021). The accommodation had everything we needed for a family with 2 your children. We enjoyed visiting the local beaches and taking walks around the village. Live outside music at The Cliffs was great fun for us all (late one for the kids!) along with a delicious lobster dinner treat! Walks across to the Ty Coch Inn were really fun - especially with ice creams or a beer on arrival! Head to the beach at the RNLI Porthdinllaen Lifeboat Station for a secluded spot with rockpools / sand and shallow seas - what more could you want.

We had a great stay at apartment 11. It’s a great location for the local beach and pubs and a good base for exploring the llyn peninsula. Communication from Ade was great and also liked the addition of the useful app. Would definitely recommend and plan on booking again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spotlessly clean and very comfortable apartment 11. An excellent base for touring or just leave the car in the car park and walk to some fabulous beaches pubs and restaurants. Apartment has everything you need in the kitchen and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Pre arrival information was spot on.
Another wonderful stay at No11. This is our third I believe, it could even be four, and it certainly won't be our last. Wonderful appartment, great size, so well equipped and a fantastic location. Adrian has been so helpful for all stays and I love the addition of the App too.
We had a wonderful week at the apartment. It’s clean, modern and in a superb location. A short walk down the road will take you to one of the best beaches you’ll ever find - and a little further around the bay you’ll find the pub on the beach - the Ty Coch Inn - truly one of the best spots for a pint in the world. We also enjoyed dinner at The Cliffs restaurant on a number of nights. Good food in a relaxed environment and virtually next door. Ade was a great host and was in good communication before and during the stay. The apartment is great for a lazy day in Morfa Nefyn but also as a well located spot to explore the rest of the fantastic Llyn Peninsula.

We had a great holiday staying in Number 11. The apartment was clean , spacious and well equipped. The weather was fantastic and we enjoyed days out and dog walks on the local beaches . We had 2 good meals at the cliffs and had 2 days out in Abersoch . I loved having breakfast on the balcony each day and would definitely like to stay here again with my family and dog Max . Stayed at No11 for the new year, Perfect apartment clean and spacious all we could have wanted. Close to the beach and the cliffs in is a short walk for a fantastic meal out, will be staying there again if available, if I could rate this apartment with a star rating it would get a solid 5 out of 5
Another enjoyable week in Apartment 10. Weather was kind for November allowing time to enjoy the local area with golfing, walking, swimming and seal spotting.
Apartment up to usual high standard - clean, spacious and warm. A pleasant experience all round.

Had another fantastic stay at No 10 coastal retreat. The Apartment is spotless and has everything anyone could need for a relaxing holiday in Morfa nefyn. The location is perfect for exploring the local area on foot and for short drives to Abersoch, Criccieth, Porthmadog and Llanbedrog. The hosts Ade and Kate are always a phonecall away should you need them. Stayed in both apartments and are already planning our next trip.

We stayed at the accommodation for the week of 3rd to the 10th September and had a fantastic time. The weather turned out to be the warmest week of the year, which was just anther bonus! Arrived to complementary milk, bread, tea etc ! Place was spotless and really well planned for us and our two small dogs. They really enjoyed the first floor view of all the passing traffic! Visits to local villages and beach, with Grey Seals, and local food was superb. Not surprised the accommodation is always booked as we would love to revisit. Thanks for a superb holiday in Morfa!
I have had the opportunity of staying in both Apartment No.10 and also Apartment No. 11. I have been visiting Morfa Nefyn for over the past 12 years since returning back to the UK from Australia. Both these Apartments are the best accommodation in Morfa Nefyn by a country mile. They are modern, comfortable, spacious, very well appointed and the location could not be better, with a lovely beach on the doorstep and a great pub 2 mins away and an even better one on the beach. Its only about 2 hours drive from Manchester, where I now live also. The owners are also very professional and very accommodating, with first class communications. Even though its dog friendly and I have a dog myself I am also allergic to certain dog hair, but each time the apartments are absolutely spotless, so whoever is cleaning is also doing a first class job too. Lift access also which is great for push chairs. All in all the perfect place to visit and stay. I would highly recommended these apartments.

Absolutely loved our week at the apartment with its generous size, two very good sized bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. The owners were excellent at communicating and very helpful and generous. The apartment is equipped very well and perfect for a family with a dog. We found it to be very clean and just what we wanted. The location in Morfa is perfect for everything you need to access. We would definitely book again.
We have stayed in the appartment a few times and will continue to book. Always clean especially for an apartment you can take your dogs to. The communication with the booking is great and the accommodation is lovely for our family of 4. Thanks
Great stay at No 10. Location was ideal, close to pubs, cafe, shop and beach. Will miss sitting out on the balcony in the morning watching the world go by. Will definitely book a return visit.
Stayed for a week end of June. Second visit to these apartments, and No. 11 was the perfect location for a lovely stay. Ideal position close to all that Morfa Nefyn as to offer (lots0, equipped with all the home comforts, spotlessly clean and the balcony off the lounge was the perfect setting for early morning coffees and sunrise.
Would highly recommend and will certainly visit again in the near future.

We stayed here towards the end of May and had a really lovely week. The apartment is very spacious and furnished to a great standard. Loved the quality mattress which was perfect for a great nights sleep. The weather was mixed but it didn't stop us getting out and about. A perfect break that we had been looking forward to since last October.
Great communication from Ade and very understanding when our first 2 bookings had to be cancelled when we were not allowed to travel into Wales.
Hopefully we will return later this year.

Lovely apartment. Well equipped. Great for people watching. Have stayed in one of the ground floor apartments before but being on the first floor is much better and the balcony is a bonus (Weather dependent of course) Have visited this area several times and the location of this apartment is superb - no need to drive once you have arrived as it is so convenient for the shop, pub and walks.
Fantastic apartment. Very well equipped and even more spacious than I had expected.
The walking in the area is wonderful. The coast path is as beautiful as I had expected but the inland walks up into the hills were my greatest pleasure. If you are looking for ancient hill forts you are spoiled for choice. You can see two sites from the window - Tre'r Ceiri is spectacular.

Fabulous apartment in an excellent location! Clean, spacious, modern, comfy beds & great shower! The little basket of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, little boxes of cereal Etc & a bit of milk in the fridge upon arrival was very much appreciated. Also the personal email from the owners wishing us a happy holiday & asking us not to hesitate to contact them if we had any questions was lovely.
Morfa Nefyn is small but perfectly formed with all the amenities you need, shop, garage, cafe, pub, eating places close by, beautiful beach & walks, wildlife & a golf club & this apartment is ideally located to take advantage of all these things.
We know this area very well having holidayed here as a couple (& now with our daughter) almost every year for the past 26 years & my husband even longer, coming here as a child on holiday! So we’ve stayed in lots of different holiday cottages & bungalows in the village (including the hotel that used to stand on the site of the apartments) but I can honestly say this apartment is one of the best we’ve stayed in & we would definitely rebook. Thank you Ade & Kate for a lovely stay!
Perfect apartment in a perfect location, really couldn’t fault anything from booking to check out. The apartment is spacious and modern with plenty of room. Locally it’s 200yrds to the cliffs inn and 400yrds to the beach where you can walk across to the Ty Coch and the peninsular which has stunning views. Just back from a week in apartment 10.
Lovely place to spend our summer holiday with the kids (aged 5 & 3). Beaches close by and all the amenities you could ask for when away on holiday. Well kitted out modern apartment and very spacious - powerful showers too!
Fast internet connection.
Kids enjoyed running around the garden when not at the beach.
Decent walks on both beaches and countryside; if you fancy it take a jog at dusk through the golf course - you’ll not be dissapointed.
Local shop (doubles up as fuel station, launderette, hair dressers, pizzeria … probably more things which we didn’t notice) was well stocked including some tasty pre-made meals for the family.
Owners were at the end of the phone whenever we needed it along with loads of suggestions on places to visit on both rainy and sunny days.
Cannot wait to go back :-)

The owners own both No.10 & No.11 making it perfect for family gatherings & are extremely accomodating .
The Cliffs pub , within walking /staggering distance, nice food , people & dog friendly.
The Ty Coch with amazing views is just a short walk along the beach or continue passed the golf club .
The downside .....You wont want to leave !

We spent a lovely week in a particularly stormy Morfa Nefyn. The accommodation was excellent - clean, warm, spacious and furnished to a high standard with a well thought out and much appreciated welcome pack. Despite the weather we enjoyed much that the area has to offer - scenic walks, good food and drink, golf and beautiful beaches. Will definitely be back.
